C. Short Lead Time
We have the ability to design and manufacture laser machines, and have an efficient production department, which can do quick response for the delivery.
For standard laser machine production, only 3-7 working days is enough.
D. Professional & Timely Service
1. We have a 7-person after-sales service team, 5 technician can speak good English.
2. We usually work until 1:00 AM, and can even work with customers until 3:00 AM if necessary.
3. For special case, we will build an online communication team, there are at least 2 technicians and 1 R&D engineer involved.
E. OEM/ODM Service
1. We have our own R&D team, can make customized cabinet for partners, and can help partners obtain orders for non-standard machine (AUTOMATION).
2. We have a good supply chain management system, such as: machine appearance design company, cabinet processing plant, surface treatment process service provider, sapre parts suppliers, etc.
3. We have a strong desire to provide customized services for partners.
F. Flexible Payment Terms
1. 0% to be paid before production + 100% to be paid before shipment = ACCEPTABLE
2. 80% to be paid before shipment + 20% to be paid after arrival = ACCEPTABLE
3. 70% to be paid before shipment + 30% to be paid after arrival = ACCEPTABLE
4. 60% to be paid before shipment + 40% to be paid after arrival = ACCEPTABLE
5. 50% to be paid before shipment + 50% to be paid after arrival = NEGOTIABLE
6. 40% to be paid before shipment + 60% to be paid after arrival = NEGOTIABLE
7. 0% to be paid before shipment + 100% to be paid after arrival = NEGOTIABLE
8. 50% to be paid before shipment + 50% to be paid after the machine is sold = NEGOTIABLE
9. 0% to be paid before shipment + 100% to be paid after the machine is sold = NEGOTIABLE
10. OTHERS = NEGOTIABLE
G. Strong Warranty Policy
1. Any machine equipped with JPT fiber laser source has a warranty of 3-year warranty. Brand-new parts for replacement ONLY, no repairing, no second-hand replacement.
2. For special case, we can send the brand-new parts to you before you send the damaged or defected parts back to us.
